About the Agency

Having been in the insurance industry for the past 25+ years, Alicia acquired the knowledge and experience, beginning as an employee of Prudential Insurance Company. In 2013, Alicia took on opening and operating her independent agency on the west side of Indianapolis. Her expertise covers all facets of the insurance business: administration, customer service, management, and sales which has uniquely provided her with a solid foundation for successfully managing her own agency.

LHF Insurance Agency, Inc. celebrated its successful 10-Year Anniversary in March of 2023. Alicia is the principal of the Agency, which provides multiple services to individuals as well as to business owners, helping them with their employee benefit coverage options.

As an Independent Agency, a wide array of products, carriers and choices are available to ensure that each client’s needs are met for their circumstances.

One of the main focuses of the Agency is helping individuals who are coming onto Medicare navigate the ins-and-outs of their supplemental choices, as well as understanding the critical enrollment periods associated with Medicare, all of which can be very overwhelming and confusing.
